When completing your registration, you’ll be asked to provide the following personal data:
- First name & last name
- Email address and phone number
- Arrival and departure dates
- Name of the organization you represent
- Hotel name or note if accommodation is not arranged
- Passport photo (required for the site visit)
- Allergy or medical information, if relevant
Your data will be used only by the Georgian Society of Civil Engineers (GSCE) and the Georgian Technical University for the purposes of:
- Conference registration and confirmation
- Event-related communication
It will be processed according to Georgian law and stored securely for the legally required period.
